- 1 qt Heavy cream
- 1 cup Granulated sugar, divided in half
- 6 Egg yolks
- 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp sea salt

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees
2. Take a baking pan and fill it it with newspaper and boiling hot water to absorb some of the heat from the brulee
3. In a medium saucepan, add heavy cream to boil.
4. Remove from the heat immediately.
5. To a large bowl, add 1/2 of the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla bean paste, and salt. Add hot heavy cream slowly and whisk generously.
6. Pour the mixture into your desired baking dishes.
7. Place the baking pan into the oven for 40 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven.
9. Place creme brulee in the fridge to settle for a few hours or preferably overnight.
10. Remove from refrigerator.
11. Pour remaining sugar over the creme brulee evenly.
12. Torch the creme brulees until brown.
13. Serve and enjoy!
