Directions

Preparing the Lobster Tails
1. In a large bowl, toss in your cleaned and split lobster tails.
2. Melt the butter in a glass Pyrex cup (or something similar) and toss in the rest of the ingredients and stir until the butter mixture is combined.
3. Immediately pour the butter mixture over the lobster tails and mix until the butter has completely covered the lobster meat. You may need to use your hands for this step.
Cooking the Lobster Tails
1. Make sure your skillet is already preheated to medium-high heat.
2. Immediately place some of the lobster tails down in the skillet, flesh side down, and sear for 2 minutes.
3. Flip and let them cook on the shell side for another 1-2 minutes. You don’t want to overcrowd the pan, so I would recommend placing just 5 of the split lobster tails in at a time.
Final Steps
1. If the butter hardens up on the lobster tails in the bowl while the skillet is heating, don’t worry about it. It’s going in a skillet. Or just preheat the skillet prior as I recommended.
2. Serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
