- 1.5 c mashed bananas
- 0.5 c Coconut oil, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c oat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 c Granulated sugar, white, brown or coconut
- 0.5 c Chocolate chips

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mixing Ingredients
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
2. Then, add in oat flour, baking powder and sugar. Stir to combine.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
1. Pour batter into lined bread pan.
2. Bake for 35 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
1. Finally, remove from oven.
2. Allow bread to cool before slicing and serving.
