Chocolate Chia Pudding (measurements are for 1 chia pudding, 1 meal prepped 3)
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 0.5 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 c Coconut milk
Mint Yogurt Layer (makes enough to top 3 chia puddings)
- 1 c Yogurt, I used coconut
- 0.5 tsp peppermint oil
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup

1. Mix together chia pudding ingredients & let set in the fridge for approximately 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix together mint layer & spread evenly over each chia pudding.
