- 1 lb Ground beef
- 0.5 c Italian breadcrumbs
- 0.25 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp dry parsley
- 1 Egg
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 oz gnocchi
- 4 c marinara sauce
- Parmesan cheese, grated for garnish
- Fresh basil, chopped for garnish

Prepare Meatballs Mixture
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix everything together until well combined.
Form Mini Meatballs
1. Roll the meat mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cook Meatballs
1. Drizzle olive oil and place the mini meatballs on a large pan over medium-high heat and cook until golden brown for 3-5 minutes.
2. Pour marinara sauce on top and lower temperature to medium-low, cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Prepare Gnocchi and Serve
1. Boil gnocchi according to the instructions on the package and serve with the meatballs.
2. Garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped basil.
3. Enjoy!
