Ingredients

- 2 Tbs Cinnamon
- 2 Tbs Butter, melted
- 2 Tbs Brown sugar
- 1 tube crescent roll dough
- 0.5 cup vanilla icing
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Milk
- 0.75 cup Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a mini muffin tray with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Use only half of the dough from the package, place it side by side and pinch together all the seams. Using a rolling pan, smooth the seams and roll the dough into a square.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush the dough with the mixture until it is evenly coated. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of brown sugar on top. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8-10 small pieces using a pizza cutter.
4. Place the mini cinnamon rolls into the mini muffin tin. Bake for 8 minutes.
5. While cinnamon rolls are in the oven, mix together the maple syrup, powdered sugar and milk into a small bowl and whisk together.
6. Remove cinnamon rolls from oven and drizzle the glaze on top of the warm cinnamon rolls.
7. Top with butter, cinnamon and extra glaze.
