Ingredients

Mild Pork Green Chili ((Gluten Free))
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.75 lb pork chops, diced
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 2 tbsp gluten free flour
- 7 whole roasted chili
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 0.5 tsp coarse black pepper

Directions

Preparation of Pork and Sauce
1. Pour oil into a medium size frying pan - warm on medium.
2. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Dice pork and add to pan.
4. Cook on low until pork is tender and browned.
5. Add gluten free flour and mix until dissolved.
6. Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and green chilis - stir.
7. Cut off tops of roasted mild green chilis and remove as much of the charred skin as possible.
8. Dice roasted mild green chilis and add to pan.
9. Stir in salt and pepper.
10. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes with lid.
