- 0.5 cup sticky rice
- Water, as needed
- 0.5 cup Coconut cream
- 3 lemon-grass leaves
- 1 lemon-grass bulb,crushed
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 0.5 cup grated coconut
- 1 kiwi
- 1 haden mango

1. Drain the water from the rice and strain it. Wash it on the sink with cold water until the water comes out clear.
2. Wrap the rice in a clean and wet cotton cloth, place it on a steamer. Add water to the steamer indicated level, it shouldn’t touch the cloth or rice. Steam for 30 to 40 minutes until the rice is soft.
3. In a pot, mix the coconut cream with the lemon-grass leaves and bulb, and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer.
4. Transfer the cooked rice to a bowl and pour in the coconut sauce you’ve just made.
5. Take small portions of rice with the help of a spoon and shape them into cubes.
6. Coat each cube with grated coconut. Serve on a platter and garnish with mango. Let it cool and enjoy.
