Spring Roll Ingredients
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 Red onion
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 20 Shrimp
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 3 Eggs
- Salt
- egg roll shell
- 1 white Egg, to act as glue for the spring roll
- sweet chili sauce

1. Peel your garlic and onion.
2. Drain the liquid out of your water chestnuts.
3. Peel and devein the shrimp.
4. Add garlic, onion, chestnuts, and shrimp to a food processor and pulse until it turns into a paste.
5. Mix pork and 3 eggs into a bowl.
6. Combine shrimp paste with pork and egg mixture.
7. Add salt to your liking.
Making the Lumpia
1. Cut one spring roll wrapper diagonally and place the spring roll with the tip of the triangle away from you.
2. Add a small spoon of the filling.
3. Fold both left and right sides towards the middle.
4. Roll it towards the tip of the triangle.
5. Seal with egg white to act as glue.
Frying and Serving
1. Fry until golden brown.
2. Serve with sweet chili sauce - hear the crunch.
