- 1 can water chestnuts
- 0.5 White onion, diced
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 0.5 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 0.25 cup gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha, to taste
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 0.125 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 head ice burg lettuce
- 5 Green onions
- 1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce

Preparing the Chicken and Vegetables
1. Using a large skillet, add the oils, garlic, chicken, onion, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through; stir intermittently.
Adding the Sauces and Seasonings
1. Add gluten free soy sauce, sriracha, and seasonings.
2. Stir to combine, and cook for about 5 minutes until most of the liquid has been absorbed; stir intermittently.
Serving the Dish
1. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the lettuce leaves.
2. Top with green onions and gluten free soy sauce to taste.
