- 4 lbs clams
- 2 stalks Lemongrass
- 1 c water
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tsps Salt, for soaking clams

Preparation of Clams
1. In a large bowl of cold water, add your salt and soak your clams. Allow them to sit for 2+ hours for them to clean themselves of sand.
2. Smash your garlic and cut your lemongrass in half.
Cooking Process
1. In a large pan over high heat, add your water, garlic and lemongrass to a boil.
2. Reduce to medium-low and add your clams. Cover and allow to cook for 7-10 minutes or until the clams open.
3. Discard any clams that didn’t open.
4. Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
