- 1 lb Chicken wings, Sliced in half
- 1 cup Green onion, Chopped
- 0.5 cup Fresh garlic, Crushed
- 0.5 cup Fresh ginger, Crushed
- 1 tbsp Salt, By taste
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 0.25 Cup Chinese cooking wine
- 0.25 Cup Soy sauce
- 0.25 Cup Oyster sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch

1. In a bowl add chopped green onion, crushed garlic and ginger. Heat the oil and add that on top. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Then add cooking wine, soy and oyster sauce. Mix it all well and add it to the wings. Once the wings are completely coated, set it aside for 15 minutes. After waited time is over, add 2 eggs, flour and corn starch and coat the wings really well with the batter. Now fry the wings on medium high heat for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!!
