- 3 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey

1. Start by deboning the chicken drumsticks.
2. Marinate the chicken with cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. In a shallow bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Fully coat both sides of each chicken drumstick with the flour.
4. In a large non-stick skillet, heat a generous amount of oil (enough to cover the base of the skillet) over medium heat. Add the chicken drumsticks in a single layer and pan fry for about 4 minutes on each side without moving them, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Carefully remove the cooked drumsticks from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
6. In a clean pan, heat 1 1/2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Once the pan is hot and butter has completely melted, add minced garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant. Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of honey and mix well.
7. Return the cooked drumsticks back to the pan in a single layer. Cook for about 20 seconds on each side, make sure both sides are well coated with the sauce.
8. Serve immediately so that they are still crispy on the outside. Garnish with fresh herbs or chopped green onions if desired.
