- 1.5 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 0.75 cup chopped pecans
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup homemade/canned pumpkin purée
- 0.25 cup allergen free dark chocolate chips

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix together coconut oil, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, & vanilla.
3. Add gluten free oats & pecans.
4. Stir until combined well.
5. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread out granola.
6. Bake for 26-30 minutes - or until golden brown.
7. Remove parchment paper from cookie sheet and let cool.
8. Mix in allergen free dark chocolate chips when granola is fully cooled (optional).
