- 16 oz ground sausage
- 1 Pepper, diced, any color
- 0.5 c diced tomatoes, any tomatoes
- 2 tbsp herbs

Directions

Preparation
1. Spray a 9x12 oven safe dish.
2. Add half the carton of eggs, then half the cheese.
3. Add cooked sausage.
4. Then the peppers and tomatoes.
5. Then the herbs, remaining cheese and top with the rest of the egg beaters.
6. Use a fork to lightly mix everything evenly.
7. Bake at 375 for 60-80 minutes.
