- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion, medium, chopped
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 3 Tomatoes, diced
- 1.5 pounds Ground beef
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can baby corn
- 2 Carrots, medium, diced
- 1 Potato, large, diced
- 2 tbsp naranja agria
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp achiote paste
- 1 8 ounce can Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- White rice, for serving

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Heat oil in a large pot.
2. Add onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes to soften.
3. Add the tomato and cook a minute longer.
4. Then add in the ground beef.
5. Break up with a wooden spoon and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Adding Water and Vegetables
1. Add about 4 cups of water or enough to just barely cover the meat.
2. Then add in the bell pepper, corn, carrots, and potato.
3. Bring to a simmer.
Final Cooking and Serving
1. Stir in the naranja agria, Worcestershire sauce, achiote, tomato sauce and a large pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Cook over low heat until the veggies have softened, about 12 to 15 minutes.
3. Serve over white rice and enjoy!
