Chicken Preparation
- 150 g Chicken breast, cut into two pieces
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil, for pouring over chicken
- 2 tsp Kentucky seasoning
Deep Frying Sweet Potato
- 300 ml Oil, for deep frying sweet potato slices
- 150 g Sweet potato, sliced
Lemon Zest
- 0.5 pcs Lemon, zested
Sauce Preparation
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 0.5 pcs Lemon, juiced
Salad Preparation
- 0.25 pcs lettuce
- 0.5 pcs Onion, sliced
- 1 pcs Avocado, sliced
Hamburger Bun Preparation
- 1 pcs hamburger bun

Prepare Grilled Chicken
1. Cut the chicken breast into two pieces.
2. Pour vegetable oil over the chicken.
3. Season the chicken with Kentucky seasoning.
4. Grill the chicken until fully cooked.
Prepare Deep Fried Sweet Potato
1. Heat 300 ml of oil in a pan.
2. Deep fry the sliced sweet potato until golden brown.
3. Remove and set aside.
Prepare Lemon Mayo Mix
1. Put the lemon zest into a cup.
2. Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.
3. Add 1 tbsp of ketchup.
4. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mix.
5. Mix the ingredients well.
Prepare Burger Toppings
1. Cut up lettuce.
2. Slice the onion.
3. Slice the whole avocado.
Grill the Hamburger Bun
1. Cut up the hamburger bun.
2. Grill the bun until it's toasted.
Assemble the Burger
1. Spread the lemon mayo mix on the grilled bun.
2. Layer with sliced onion and lettuce.
3. Place the grilled chicken breast on top.
4. Add the deep-fried sweet potato slices.
5. Place slices of avocado on top.
6. Drizzle more mayo mix over the toppings.
7. Finish by placing the top bun.
