- 2 cup Dried peas, cooked
- 3 Tbs Tahini
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 0.25 cup Mint, washed and disinfected
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
- 0.25 cup Water
- 1 cup pita bread chips
- 1 cup vegetable batons

1. In your food processor, add garlic, peas, tahini, cumin, mint, salt and pepper.
2. Blend until homogenous. While it’s still blending, add water and slowly add the olive oil until it starts to turn creamy and looks spreadable.
3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with olive oil and pepper. Serve with vegetables and toasted pita bread.
4. Share and enjoy.
