- 1 lb Spaghetti
- 2 Zucchini, sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 c spinach leaves
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 c Fresh basil leaves
- 0.5 c Coconut cream
- 2 c pasta water
- salt and pepper, to taste

1. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a frying pan, heat up some oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced zucchini and chopped onion until they are golden brown and slightly tender.
3. Add the minced garlic and spinach leaves to the pan and stir until the spinach is wilted.
4. Transfer the cooked zucchini, onion, garlic, and spinach mixture to a blender. Add fresh basil leaves and coconut cream to the blender and blend until smooth.
5. Pour the green goddess sauce over the cooked spaghetti and toss until the spaghetti is coated in the sauce. Use some pasta water to thin it out.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot. Enjoy!
