- 1 c Almond flour

1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Creating the Dough
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond flour.
2. Stir together.
3. Roll the dough into ½ inch sized balls.
4. Place 2 balls next to each other on the lined pan.
5. Continue for the remaining dough.
6. Gently press down on each ball with a fork, creating a criss-cross pattern.
1. Next, bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until just set around the edges.
2. Remove the pan from the oven.
Final Steps
1. Once the cookies are fully cooled, spread peanut butter on half the cookies.
2. Top with the other half of the cookies.
