- 10 slices Bread, cubed
- 0.5 c vanilla Greek yogurt
- 0.5 c Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar

- 0.5 c Marshmallows
Crumble Topping
- 2 tbsp Butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Flour

1. In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
2. Place the cubed bread in a 9x9 oven-safe dish and pour the mixture over it. Make sure all the bread is coated. If desired, add berries on top.
3. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
4. In the morning, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Sprinkle the marshmallows evenly over the bread mixture.
6. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until crumbly.
7. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the marshmallows.
8. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
