- 300 g all purpose flour
- 55 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 42 g butter
- 125 ml milk
- 4 g yeast
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 g butter
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
- milk

Preparing the Dough
1. In a bowl, add flour, sugar, and salt; mix until combined.
2. Add softened butter and mix with hand until coarse texture.
3. In a bowl, add lukewarm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes until it blooms.
4. Add the yeast mixture into the dry mixture; add the whole egg and a yolk.
5. Mix and knead for 10 minutes until it's not sticky and comes together well.
6. Cover and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours until it doubles in size.
7. Punch the air out and knead for 10 seconds.
Preparing the Roll
1. Dust flour and roll the dough; apply the filling and spread evenly.
2. Roll into a log and cut into pieces.
3. Place a parchment paper on a pan and arrange the dough as one giant cinnamon roll.
Cooking the Roll
1. Cover and place it on the stove at the lowest heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Place a parchment paper on top and transfer to a plate.
3. Place another parchment paper on the pan, transfer the roll back to the pan facing the opposite side.
4. Cover and bake at lowest heat for 5-10 minutes.
Final Steps
1. Transfer to a plate; let it cool a bit and glaze it.
2. Enjoy!
