- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 160 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 250 g Ground beef
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 5 Cheddar cheese, slices
- Ketchup, to taste
- Mustard, to taste
- 0.5 White onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pickles, pcs

For the Flatbread
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and salt.
2. Knead the dough until smooth, then divide it into 5 equal portions.
3. Roll each portion into a flat, round disc.
For the Filling
1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into 5 patties.
2. Cook the patties in a pan until browned, then top with cheddar slices to melt.
3. On each flatbread disc, assemble the cooked patty with melted cheddar, ketchup, mustard, sliced white onion, and pickles.
4. Fold the flatbread over the filling, sealing the edges.
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Place the assembled flatbread cheeseburgers in the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
