- 1 lb Spaghetti
- 15 oz corned beef
- 24 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 pack Filipino hotdogs
- 0.5 c banana ketchup
- 1 Onion, medium, sliced
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, as needed

For the pasta preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
For the corned beef preparation
1. Heat up another pot and cook the corned beef.
2. Make sure to take out any of the chewy tough tendons.
3. Saute and break up any big pieces of corned beef.
For the sauce preparation
1. Once the corned beef has gained some color, add the garlic and onions.
2. Saute until the onions have wilted.
3. Next, add the hotdogs, tomato sauce, and banana ketchup.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Taste to check seasoning.
7. Take off the heat once done.
For the pasta cooking
1. While the sauce is simmering, the large pot of water should have come to a boil.
2. Salt the water and drop your pasta.
3. Cook until desired doneness.
For the final assembly
1. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
2. Give it a thorough mix.
3. Plate the pasta or transfer to a large serving dish.
4. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese on top right before serving.
