Edible Love Letters Recipe (with Video)

For the cookie dough
1. In a bowl, add softened butter and powdered sugar.
2. Gently mix until combined. Do not overmix.
3. Add flour and mix until combined. Combine using hand into a soft dough.
4. Flatten the dough and cut into mini rectangles.
5. Freeze for 10-15 minutes until it is hard (The longer you freeze, the better).
6. Transfer to a baking tray and bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. (Slightly golden edges)
7. Do not touch it now. Let it cool completely.
For the icing
1. Mix powdered sugar and milk into piping consistency.
2. Add red gel food color for the heart.
3. Decorate the cooled cookie.
