Oat Crumble Topping
- 0.667 c Flour
- 0.667 c oats
- 0.75 c Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 c Butter
Triple Berry Filling
- 3.5 c Mixed berries, fresh or frozen, about 1 lb - chop roughly if needed, although I didn't chop them
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt

Preparation of the dish
1. Pre-heat oven to 375F and brush butter on the bottom of a 9x13" casserole dish (ceramic baking dish).
Making the crumble
1. Mix the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a glass bowl and whisk to ensure there are no lumps.
2. Add the cold cubed butter and rub it in with your hands until the mixture resembles large bread crumbs.
Preparing the berries
1. Add the berries, cornstarch, lemon juice and salt in the casserole dish and mix until combined.
2. Top the berries with the crumble, spreading evenly.
Baking and serving
1. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the crumble is golden and crispy.
2. Serve warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream or cold whipped cream!
