- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 0.5 Lemon, squeezed
- 1 gluten free bagel
- 1 salmon
- 3 Cucumber, slices
- 3 lettuce
- 0.5 Avocado
- 1 tbsp spicy mayo
- 1 tsp Nori Komi Furikake Japanese seasoning

Preparing the Salmon
1. On a lined baking sheet, add the salmon. It should be close to the same size as the bread or bagel you are using.
2. Top with coconut aminos.
3. Squeeze lemon on top.
4. Bake salmon on 350 for 20-25 minutes depending on how you like your salmon cooked.
Preparing the Bagel
1. Toast the gluten free bagel while the salmon is baking.
2. Top with baked mashed avocado, salmon, cucumbers, lettuce.
3. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
4. Season with Nori Komi Furikake Japanese seasoning.
