Double Whipped Matcha Latte Recipe (with Video)

Preparing the Matcha Layer
1. In a bowl whisk together the matcha and 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream until fluffy — about 2-3 mins by hand.
Preparing the Vanilla Layer
1. In a separate bowl repeat the same process by whisking together the sugar, vanilla, and remaining cream.
Serving the Dessert
1. Serve in a glass or mug by creating two layers. First pour the vanilla layer followed by the matcha one.
