- 0.333 c Coconut oil, melted
- 0.333 c Maple syrup, or honey
- 1.25 c mashed bananas
- 0.25 c dairy free milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.75 c Flour, gluten free 1 to 1 or all purpose
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 0.667 c dairy free chocolate chips

1. First, preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper or generously spray with nonstick spray.
Mixing Ingredients
1. In a large mixing bowl, add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, mashed bananas, milk, eggs and vanilla.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Then, add in flour and baking soda.
4. Stir to combine.
5. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
1. Spread batter into the lined bread pan.
2. If desired, sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out clean.
1. Finally, allow bread to fully cool in bread pan before slicing and serving.
