- 2 slices white bread or brioche
- handful of blueberries or other berries
- 0.25 cup plain greek yogurt or honey yogurt
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tsp honey or syrup

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F or preheat an air fryer to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, egg yolk, and honey until it reaches a creamy consistency.
3. Take 2 slices of bread and gently flatten the center of each slice using the back of a spoon or your fingers, creating an indentation.
4. Spoon half of the custard mixture into the indented well of each bread slice. Make sure the custard mixture does not overflow. Top with blueberries or your preferred berries. If using strawberries, slice them before placing them on top.
1. If using an oven, bake at 400°F for 10-13 minutes on a baking sheet. If using an air fryer, air-fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes in the air fryer basket. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
1. Once cooked, drizzle a desired amount of honey or syrup on top for extra sweetness.
2. Serve warm & enjoy.
