Main Ingredients
- 2 Chicken sausage links
- 1 lb elbows pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic, sliced
- 0.5 cup kimchi
- 1 tbsp Oregano, optional
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Garlic salt, (or regular salt)
- 1 tbsp korean chili powder
- 1 tsp Sugar

Sauce Preparation
1. Add gochujang, milk, (garlic) salt, Korean chili powder, and sugar to a bowl.
2. Mix until everything is well combined.
Cook Pasta
1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
2. Add a pinch of salt and cook pasta according to instructions on the package.
Cook Sausage and Kimchi
1. In a separate pan, heat up oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced garlic and sliced sausages. Stir fry until the sausage slices are slightly browned.
3. Incorporate the kimchi and cook for 40-60 seconds, allow the flavors to melt.
Combining and Serving
1. Add the prepared sauce to the pan and continue to cook over medium-low heat until the sauce simmers and thickens slightly.
2. Stir in cooked pasta and mix well. If desired, add a splash of pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
3. Plate the pasta and garnish it with some dried oregano (optional).
4. Enjoy!
