- 4 cups Chicken stock
- 4 cups Water
- 8 oz Imitation Crab
- 4 oz Cooked Crab Meat
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Eggs, beatened
- 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Green onions, for garnish

1. To a pot, add 4 cups of chicken stock and 4 cups of water. Bring this to a boil.
2. Add the minced imitation crab and cooked crab meat.
3. In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water. Mix to make sure it's fully combined.
4. With the soup boiling, slowly add a bit of the cornstarch slurry at a time to help thicken the soup. Add enough cornstarch slurry to your desired thickness.
5. Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl and carefully add this slowly to the soup to create egg ribbons. Allow this to cook for 2 minutes.
6. Season the soup with chicken bouillon and sesame oil.
7. Garnish with green onions before serving. Enjoy!
