- 0.5 cup Almond milk
- 1 Tbs Maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
- 4 Tbs Chia seeds, divided

Makes 4 servings
1. In a blender, blend cottage cheese, almond milk, maple syrup and cinnamon.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add chia seed pudding to 4 air tight sealed containers and add 1 tbsp of chia seeds to each container.
4. Seal with lid and add to fridge for min. 2 hours or overnight.
5. Serve and enjoy!
