- 1 silken tofu pack
- 0.5 Cucumber
- Scallions
- 1 small knob Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.5 tbsp Honey, or sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds

1. Remove seeds from the cucumber and chop into small chunks.
2. Cut scallions.
3. Add cucumbers and scallions to a bowl.
4. Grate garlic and ginger.
5. Add in sugar, Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and mix.
6. Drain water from tofu and cut into about 1/2 in pieces.
7. Let the tofu pieces lean against each other for a nice domino effect.
8. Pour the sauce all over and garnish with sesame seeds.
