- 1 cup Rice
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cup Coconut milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Ground cinnamon

1. In a pot, add the rice with the cinnamon stick and two cups of water. Cook on medium heat until the rice is soft and nearly absorbs all of the liquid. Add the coconut milk, sugar, vainilla and raisins.
2. Continue cooking on medium heat until the liquid is reduced in half. Turn off the heat, chill and refrigerate for at least two hours.
3. Serve cold or hot with ground cinnamon.
