Main Ingredients
- 1 c pitted medjool dates
- 0.25 c Tahini, runny
- 0.5 c plant milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 c oat flour
- 0.25 c Almond flour
- 0.25 c carob powder
- 0.75 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 c pitted Medjool dates
- 0.5 c Hot water
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Tahini
- 0.25 c plant milk
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- crushed pistachios

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine soft pitted medjool dates, tahini, vanilla extract, and water in high-speed blender or processor.
3. Blend until completely smooth.
4. Add carob powder and process again until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
5. In a bowl combine flours, carob powder, baking powder, and salt.
6. Add blended wet mixture to your dry mixture.
7. Mix to combine.
8. Add to donut pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
9. Remove and allow to cool on rack.
Preparing the Glaze
1. Prepare glaze by combining all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Dip cooled donuts halfway into your glaze.
3. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
4. Enjoy!
