Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 2 c All purpose flour
- 4 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 0.5 c White sugar
- 0.5 c water
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- Vegetable oil, enough to fill your frying pot about ⅓ of the way up

To make the sauce
1. Start by combining the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and ½ cup of water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium low heat.
2. Mix the 2 tbsp water and corn starch in a separate bowl to form a slurry and add that to the simmering sauce.
3. Continue to simmer until it thickens.
4. Remove the sauce from the heat and add the garlic and 2 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
For the wings
1. Pat them dry with a paper towel and then toss them in a bowl with the flour and 2 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
2. Shake off any excess flour (you want a very light coating) and fry the wings at 350 F or until light golden brown.
3. Toss the wings in the sauce and enjoy!
