Ingredients

- 1 Burrata Cheese
- 1 package tricolor cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 2 Tbs balsamic glaze
- Salt, (to taste)
- Pepper, (to taste)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash tomatoes
2. well and pat dry.
3. Place tomatoes on baking sheet and top with garlic, olive oil and salt + pepper. Mix together.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and plate tomatoes to cover the entire plate. Top with Burrata.
6. Add a bunch of fresh basil beside the Burrata. Top with 1 tbsp of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
7. Serve and enjoy! xx
