Main Ingredients
- 2 lb flat iron steak
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.5 Red onion, cut into 1.5" pieces
- 2 Bell peppers, cut into 1.5" pieces
Sauce
- 4 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp MSG
- Black pepper, crushed

Directions

Marinating the Beef
1. Marinate your cubed beef with garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, crushed black pepper, and MSG.
2. Allow to marinate in the fridge overnight.
3. 30 minutes prior to cooking, take the marinated beef out to cool to room temperature.
Cooking the Beef
1. In a wok, add 2 tbsp of oil over high heat.
2. Wait until smoking and add your beef.
3. Allow to char on one side prior to stirring.
4. Continue to cook until all sides are cooked (medium or medium-well based on your own preference).
5. Set aside.
Sautéing the Vegetables
1. Add 2 tbsp oil over high heat and sauté the onion and bell peppers until onions are translucent.
2. Add back the beef and sauté for another minute.
Serving the Dish
1. Serve with fresh vegetables (tomato, lettuce, cucumbers) and rice.
