Main Ingredients
- 4 oz Spaghetti
- 0.3 lb steak
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green onion, chopped, for garnish
Steak Marinade Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp Dark soy sauce, optional
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Corn starch
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 0.25 cup water

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the spaghetti according to instructions on the package. Drain and set aside when done.
2. While the spaghetti is cooking, slice the steak into thin strips and marinate them with all the marinade ingredients for at least 5 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for 1-2 minutes until browned.
5. Add sliced onion and sliced red bell pepper to the same pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they become tender and soft.
6. Stir in cooked pasta and pour in the prepared sauce. Toss or stir until the sauce begins to thicken and the pasta is evenly coated in the sauce.
7. Plate the stir-fry spaghetti and garnish with some chopped green onions on top.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
