- 3 Eggs
- 0.75 c nut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.25 c Coconut sugar
- 0.75 c Almond flour
- 0.5 c vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 0.5 c dark chocolate chips

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Heavily spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. In a mixing bowl, add mashed bananas, eggs, creamy nut butter and vanilla extract.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Then, add in coconut sugar, almond flour, protein powder and baking soda.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
Scooping and Baking
1. Scoop batter into muffin cavities.
2. Fill each one almost to the top.
3. Bake for 13 to 14 minutes or until toothpick inserted into muffins comes out clean.
Final Steps
1. Finally, remove from oven.
2. Allow muffins to cool for 10 minutes in pan before carefully removing from pan.
