- 8 Bread burger buns
- 8 Eggs
- 4 tbsp pesto sauce
- 8 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Set the buns on the prepared baking sheet.
Adding Ingredients
1. Using a sharp knife, cut a small hole into the top of each hamburger bun, being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom.
2. Crack one egg into each of the holes you created in the buns.
3. Spoon about half a tablespoon of pesto sauce onto each egg.
4. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
5. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Baking and Serving
1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
2. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
