Crushing the chips
1. Crush the chips using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them down using a rolling pin.
Preparing the cheese
1. In separate bowls, beat the egg and add flour.
2. Roll the cheese in flour, soak it in the egg mixture, and then roll in the chips crumbs.
3. Soak again in the egg mixture and roll in the crumbs a second time.
Cooking the cheese
1. Air-fry at 400° for 3-4 minutes or bake at 400° for 5-6 mins.
2. Pull apart and enjoy!
