- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 0.667 c Orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 0.667 c Aperol
- 1.333 c Prosecco

Directions

Preparing the Jello Mixture
1. In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together the boiling water, gelatin and sugar until dissolved.
2. Stir in the orange juice, Aperol, and Prosecco.
3. Set aside for about 10 minutes to allow the bubbles and foam to dissipate.
4. Spoon off any remaining and then divide the mixture evenly among jello shot cups.
Chilling and Serving
1. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
