Steps for Cooking
1. Bring a large part of water to a boil.
2. Spray the inside of a ladle with some Pam, and crack an egg into it.
3. Submerge to the top of the ladle and let a little bit of water slowly flood into the ladle. Once egg whites start to cook you can slowly submerge it to the bottom and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from water and gently transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Serve immediately!
