Ingredients

Marinade
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch, or arrowroot starch
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce
- 0.333 c sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch, or arrowroot
- 0.75 c water
Vegetables
- 0.25 c Avocado oil, divided
- 1 head broccoli
- 4 Green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- Red pepper flakes, optional
- Sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
- prepared rice

Directions

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg white, soy sauce, mirin, and cornstarch.
2. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
3. Set aside for 10 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, dry sherry, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
5. Whisk until smooth.
6. Set aside.
7. Heat half of the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
8. Cook shrimp in batches for about 1 minute per side until pink.
9. Remove from skillet and set aside.
10. Add remaining oil to the skillet.
11. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 3 minutes.
12. Add green onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
13. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 10 seconds.
14. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and cook for a minute or two until thickened.
15. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
16. Cook for another minute until heated through.
17. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice.
18. Garnish with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds if desired.
