Ingredients

- 6 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 0.66666666666666663 cup Fig Jam
- 0.5 cup Baby arugula
- 1 cup Grana padano cheese, freshly grated
- 2 Tbs Grana padano cheese, freshly grated (kept separate)
- 4 figs
- 1 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
- Pre-made pizza dough
- Salt, (to taste)
- Pepper, (to taste)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F degrees. Line a round or large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Throw 1-2 tbsp of flour on the counter and knead the pizza dough. Roll out the pizza dough as
3. thinly as possible. Place onto a baking sheet.
4. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the dough and spread evenly. Spread ⅓ cup of the fig jam evenly over
5. the surface of the dough. Add another ⅓ cup of the fig jam and fill in any spots.
6. Add 1 cup of freshly grated Grana Padano cheese on top of the fig jam and make sure you are
7. covering all of the dough except for the crust. Place pizza into the oven for 18-20 minutes to bake
8. or until the crust is golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and add thin slices of Prosciutto on top. Add a handful of freshly washed
10. baby arugula and top with fresh figs. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of freshly grated Grana Padano cheese on
11. top. Add freshly ground black pepper.
12. Serve immediately and enjoy!
