Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken feet
- 4 celery stalks
- 4 onions
- 1 bunch thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 carrots
- 2 tbsp black peppercorn
- 1 Ginger, 1.5 inch knobs
- 18 cups water

Directions

Rinse and prepare chicken feet
1. Rinse off the chicken feet and cut off the nails.
2. Bring a pot of water and chicken feet to a boil.
3. Par-boil for 5 minutes.
4. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
Prepare bone broth
1. In a pot, add the rinsed chicken feet and all of the ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce to a simmer and cover for a minimum of 6 hours.
4. Add more water if needed.
Strain and store bone broth
1. Strain bone broth through a cheese cloth.
2. Allow to cool before storing.
3. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
