Ingredients

Dough
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1.5 cups Warm water
- 1 oz Milk
- 1 oz Cooking oil
Filling
- 5 @idahopotatoes Potatoes
- 1 tsp Crushed Ginger
- 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 0.5 cup Cilantro
- 1 cup Red onion
- 1 tsp Green chili
- Salt, to taste
Spices
- 1 tsp Crushed Chili
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste

Directions

Preparing the Dough and Filling
1. Knead the dough and set it aside.
2. In a bowl, mash the potatoes.
3. Add the herbs and spices.
4. Mix it well.
Making the Flatbread
1. Then make small dough balls.
2. Roll the dough into 6 inches in diameter.
3. Add the filling and layer the flattened dough.
4. Once you roll it to 1/8 of an inch, gently place it on the hot pan.
5. Let the flatbread cook a little from both sides before adding the oil to fry.
6. Take it off once it’s golden brown.
7. Time to dig in!
